Council, Police approve three year agreement

JAMESTOWN– March 29, the Jamestown City Council approved an agreement with The Kendall Club Police Benevolent Association for the years from 2018 through 2020. The union approved the contract last week. The new contract includes retroactive 2% raises for police officers for all 3 years, as well as an increased contribution to the City’s health insurance plan by union members starting in 2021. SILVER CREEK– Anderson-Lee Library, located at 43 Main Street in Silver Creek, is open to the public Monday and Tuesday from 12-8 pm, Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday 12-5 pm, and Saturday 10 am-2 pm.
